The Mechanism designed and developed “We Are HP,” a 100% ActionScripted (Flash) Web site which provided a highly engaging overview of the HP brand and culture for the new employees. Within the first week of launch, the site was viewed by tens of thousands of employees became a mandatory online training modules for new and existing employees.
