Background

theMechanism had a long standing relationship with the now defunct Marketing firm called AMP Marketing. They contacted us to produce a series of conceptual ads for a pitch to this unmentionable Financial Group.

Solution

In an attempt to invigorate their brand, a now "unmentionable financial company" looked to Amp marketing and theMechanism for visions of what the brand could become and how it could be marketed in new ways that better explained its benefits.

In 2007, we were contacted by this company and told that their corporate policy states that they cannot allow design firms to show their work online. We didn't ask for the policy, any payment (this was pitch work presented to them), and have complied with their wishes. And, for the record, we did this work in 2003 and think it's pretty. And maybe, just maybe, they used some of our ideas anyway... We hope our ideas helped Open some doors in the market for them.
